At Bliss & Bridal, we understand that each bride wants to feel unique and special on their big day. That's why we offer custom wedding dresses that are affordable and fit your exact needs. It all started when Olivia, our founder, struggled to find a wedding dress that fit her dream. She ended up designing her own and realized that other brides might feel the same way, too. Our mission is to help brides find their perfect dress, whether it's from our collection or from a custom design of their own.
Bliss & Bridal is a bridal shop that is dedicated to making every bride's wedding dress dreams come true. Our founder, Olivia, loved playing dress up as a child, and that passion has grown into a passion for helping brides find their perfect dress. We have a variety of dresses and accessories to fit all kinds of visions. Our friendly team welcomes you with open arms to find the dress of your dreams and make memories you'll cherish for a lifetime.

We want you to get the dress of your dreams, right down to the final button. There's no compromising needed at our boutique because you can design the dress of your dreams, whether it's from scratch, or by modifying one of the dresses from our collection.
AFFORDABILITY
We also want you to be able to get the dress of your dreams without completely breaking the bank. All of the dresses in our collection range from just $899-$2499. Fully custom dresses start at just $1299.
QUICKNESS
No more waiting 6-9 months for your dress. Our lead time is just 3-4 months (with a few exceptions at peak times). So, if you have a short engagement, you can still order the dress of your dreams.
CUSTOM SIZING
Did you know alterations can cost hundreds upon hundreds of dollars? And at a traditional shop, they order you a dress in a standard size, which almost always results in a lot of alteration needs. We take 16 different full body measurements and the dress is truly handmade to your exact body to reduce (or maybe even eliminate completely) the need for pricey alterations.

Each of our designers are passionate dress makers from women-owned small businesses located across the globe. They pride themselves on the gowns that they create, and they hope that the happiness making wedding dresses brings them translates over to their final products.
All of our dresses are handmade with high-quality materials- such as satin, silk, lace, tulle, chiffon, and more- sourced locally from businesses in our designers' areas.
Our designers are dedicated to creating your dream wedding dress. Whether it's with one of their personal designs or from a design of your own, they strive to help bring your wedding dress dreams to life.
MEET THE OWNER
Olivia Hops has always dreamed big, and her go-getter attitude has landed her in several different career fields in her young life. After switching from being a girly, dress up-loving girl in her young childhood to a tackle football playing tomboy in her teens, the San Diego-native landed what she thought was her dream job at the NFL Network at just 18-years-old. Even though the job wasn't all she hoped it would be, she did meet her now-husband Alex there. He has supported her big dreams since Day 1.
After leaving her NFL role, Olivia started her first business, Unbaked: A Cookie Dough Bar, in 2015. Unbaked was a successful online edible cookie dough business that was featured in publications such as the Food Network and the New York Times and helped Olivia receive a cookbook deal at age 21. Olivia ran the business for seven years until she sold it in 2022.
After her cookie dough days, Olivia began focusing on public speaking. Having been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at 24-years-old, Olivia wanted to help other adults, specifically females, on the spectrum figure themselves out and launched a YouTube channel dedicated to the topic. Her channel has over 68,000 subscribers and her autism-related videos have surpassed nearly 4,000,000 views.
Her next adventure is Bliss & Bridal. After having such a fun time dress shopping and wedding planning in general, Olivia decided she wanted the fun to continue. She looks forward to running and growing another small business.

OUR BOUTIQUE STUDIO IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA
Our little shop in north San Diego County is set up to offer you an intimate, stress-free experience. There's none of the hustle and bustle of a traditional shop. It's just you, any of your family or friends you choose to bring, and a bridal stylist who will never pressure you into anything. You're in charge of your appointment.
